About Us
As developers of affordable senior housing, we've been meeting the demand for well-built, safe and affordable senior housing since 1996, when we opened our first property in Warwick, N.Y.
Since then we've built additional complexes that are now home to more than 1,000 residents. Construction is underway for a new property in New Windsor.
