Devon Management Properties are available to tenants who meet certain income requirements. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) determines the annual income limits and rental guidelines.
Our affordable rent saves our residents hundreds of dollars a month.
If needed, we'll help you with the preliminary application. Once approved, you'll be ready to move into your new home. If an apartment isn't currently available in the complex you've chosen, we'll place you on a waiting list or help you find a home in one of our other communities.
