To be considered for an apartment in our community, you must submit a fully completed application.
After You Apply
- After 2 weeks of receipt of your application, you will receive an acknowledgement letter.
- If your application meets the preliminary requirements your application will be listed in the chronological order of date and time received on the wait list for property you applied to.
- Applicants must inform the residential complex you have applied for any changes in address, income, and/or household composition after they submit an application.
- Annually, if you provided a phone number or e-mail address the residential complex will send you an updated contact letter inquiring of any changes and/or obtain your continued interest to remain on the wait list.
If you are contacted for an eligibility interview, you must provide copies of these household documents:
