It’s a common misperception…“My income is too high for affordable housing.” But the truth is, if your annual income is $42,000 or less*, you could enjoy life in one of the seventeen income-qualified Devon communities in towns and villages throughout the Hudson Valley. And those earning up to $70,000 are eligible for a limited number of units available in Warwick, New Windsor and Matamoras.

Devon provides housing options for all age groups with new, spacious 1, 2, or 3-bedroom homes for rent in communities that emphasize quality, safety and convenience at affordable rents.
