Excepting designated areas, all Devon Communities are smoke-free for the health, safety and comfort of our residents and their guests. We are pleased to adopt this policy not only in response to changing laws but also in response to input from our residents who prefer a smoke-free living experience.

Those wishing to smoke should check with individual property managers to identify designated smoking areas.
